  - Attached images and video of the item and the issue.
  - Your order details (order number, date of purchase, etc.).
  - A brief description of the issue.
Approval and Pickup:
- Return Approval: Once we review and approve your return request, you will receive confirmation via email.
- Pickup Arrangement: Our logistics partner will contact you to schedule a pickup. The pickup will be arranged at the same address where the item was delivered.
- Verification and Pickup: On the scheduled pickup day, the logistics partner will visit your delivery address to verify the product and ensure proper packing. Please ensure the item is ready for pickup and securely packaged.
Return Processing:
- Inspection: After pickup, the returned item will be inspected upon arrival at our facility to confirm the issue.
- Resolution: Once the inspection is complete, we will process your return, which may include issuing a refund or exchanging the item, depending on your preference and our policy.

Please Note: The pickup address cannot be changed once the return request is approved. Ensure the return address matches the original delivery address.
